When’s the last time you tried something new or challenging? Has it been awhile since you stepped outside your comfort zone? Then our A to Z Challenge is for you! Each letter of the alphabet will have a nutrition, wellness or fitness task associated with it. You will have two weeks to complete as many of the tasks as you can. These tasks will help you test the waters for some new healthy habits and maybe kick a few bad ones to the curb. Awesome prizes will be awarded to the two participants that complete the entire list first. Additional prizes will be raffled to everyone that participates. It’s time for a change for the better!
