Building Positive Habits

2019 has finally arrived and with the New Year comes the pressure to think up some kind of resolution to improve your life. We often treat it as a blank slate to start fresh and really get after our goals. However, by the time January 30th comes around, our motivation has dwindled down to nothing and most give up on what they had hoped to accomplish. Usually this is because we make the goal too vague or too difficult which doesn’t set us up for success. This year we want to challenge you NOT to make some wishy-washy resolution. Instead, we want you to commit to forming one positive habit in your life. If gone about the right way, introducing a single positive habit to your daily routine can have profound effects on your behavior that you can continue to build upon all throughout the year.
