Full Body Cardio and Core Class
3 exercises per blocks
Complete each block of exercises for 3 rounds
30 secs per exercise/10 seconds rest
Block 1:
Jumping jack
2 front punches & 4 feet jacks
Burpee with a push-up
Block 2:
Squat and cross punch
High Knees
Twisting mountain climbers
Block 3:
Ice skaters
Lunge, squat, lunge
Knee Drives x4 each side
Block 4 (core):
Heel touches
V-ups
Toe reaches
Last complete 3 planks
1st 45 seconds, 2nd 30 seconds & 3rd 15 seconds
