I'm new to group exercise, what do I need to know?

Group exercise is an outstanding way to look and feel better by taking advantage of the energy and accountability that comes with a group setting. You can come as an individual or with a friend. Bring a water bottle, towel if desired, and wear comfortable, fitness clothes. If it's your first time to  class, you may want to arrive a few minutes early to discuss any questions with your instructor.  If you have a specific question about what a class entails or how difficult it may be, contact the fitness center staff in person, or on the "contact us" page.

How do I register for group exercise classes?

To register for a class click on the Member Login tab above. Once logged in you can select the classes you want to register for from your homepage with just a few clicks.
