After having a baby last March, Brittany jumped back into her workout routine! She has been a virtual fitness class regular since last September and isn’t afraid to try any type of workout we throw at her. We are proud of Brittany for keeping her health and fitness a top priority throughout 2020 and look forward to another great year with her!

What motivates you to stay active?
Staying active really helps my overall wellbeing. After having a baby back in March and not being able to exercise for almost 12 weeks I could tell my body was missing it.
What do you like most about the Arrow fitness and wellness program?
Since going virtual it has been easier for me to stay on top of classes. They are recorded so I can do them anytime I want, plus it’s not the same thing every day or even every week.
What is your favorite exercise?
Dance fitness and weight lifting

1. Had a baby at the beginning of COVID
2. I have a farm, ok not really a farm but I love animals so there is quite the variety
3. I foster dogs, mainly American Pit Bull Terriers
