What motivates you to get in the gym every day?
Mostly just trying to get healthy so I can live my best life. For me, life is a lot more enjoyable when you can get out and experience and see different things. Being healthy and in shape just leads to the ease and enjoyment in all aspects of life. Plus when I am active and get my workouts in it just makes my day better. It is a great way to de-stress and recharge my mind and body, all part of living my best life.
What do you like the most about the fitness center?
The fact that it is right in the building makes it an amazing benefit. You do not have to fight for parking and so forth after work like at a gym. I can just go from my desk to the gym, get the workout in, and then head out to finish my day which makes it very nice. Plus all the different equipment available makes for no excuses to getting a workout in.
Tell us about your hobbies and interests outside of work?
I enjoy the outdoors and fresh air. I try to get some sort of outdoor activity in everyday weather permitting. After work I will go on walks or bike rides along the cherry creek trail. On the weekends I try to get up to the mountains for some hiking or snowshoeing. It is always fun to explore new places and pushing myself to see what I can do. I also enjoying most sports, watching Rockies games, and other events around the front range.
