Julie has stepped up her fitness game! Her dedication to the fitness center is well noticed. She is an active member in our programs and the group exercise classes both in-person and virtual. We are excited to see Julie continue to reach her health and fitness goals. Keep up the great work!

What motivates you to get to the gym every day?
The more I get to the gym the more motivated I feel. When I can see myself reaching those little goals and feeling stronger and having more energy throughout the day it keeps me coming back as much as possible.
What do you like most about the fitness center?
I love how it pushes me harder than I would normally push myself. I have found since starting my fitness journey over the last 3 years that I thrive in class settings more then working out on my own and love the class atmosphere that our fitness center offers. The variety works all areas physically as well as mentally. I have found I love the yoga classes offered and meditation and stretch breaks as well so I try and add them to the regular daily classes as much as possible.
What is your favorite exercise?
I would have to say my favorite exercise right now would be sit ups or crunches weighted or not. There are so many different ways to do them but they always work my core!
