What motivates you to get in the gym every day?
Going to the gym is the best way to me to destress from
everyday life. I always feel so much better after any kind of work out whether it one that is super intense or more low key. I am a pretty active person so getting to the gym as often as I can allows me to do the things I want to do and not have to worry about getting tired or being more prone to injury.
What do you like the most about the fitness center?
Having the gym at work is great because it is so accessible. Taking a break mid day to do a work out class or something on my own always re-energizes me for the afternoon. We are all really luck to have such a nice facility to use! It has the all the equipment and machines needed to keep the workouts interesting and
Tell us about your hobbies and interests outside of work?
In my free time I like to be outside as much as possible. My favorite season is right around the corner and I cannot wait to be up in the mountains skiing as much as I can. As a native the mountains are the real reason why I would never want to leave this state! I also like to relive my athlete days and play on recreational sports teams during the week. I am a big fan of traveling and am always looking for the next place to explore whether it be an international vacation or to a new spot in the mountains, I am always up for a new adventure.
