Over the last few months Jingjing has dedicated herself to taking a class almost everyday during the week! In doing so, she has made amazing improvements in her overall form and strength. Keep up the good work Jingjing!
What motivates you to get in the gym every day? To observe changes in my body and notice an increased capacity to lift weights highly motivates me. It is very satisfying to see improvements and feel the difference in every exercise. In addition, a healthy workout leads to a healthy mind and I feel more productive at work after hitting the gym.
What do you like the most about the fitness center? Being on campus, it is easily accessible and time saving too. The gym is very well equipped with everything needed to help me achieve my goals. Luke and Jessica are great trainers constantly providing useful inputs and I love the way they structure the classes making it fun and challenging.
Tell us about your hobbies and interests outside of work? I am a foodie who loves to travel and explore new places. I have an artistic side that loves to paint and read and write. I enjoy most sports especially badminton and have a passion for climbing. I love the mountains and am on a pursuit to conquer as many 14ers as I can. Most recently I got interested in paragliding and am currently working on getting my P2 pilot license.
