MEMBER OF THE MONTH
Jordan jumped into the group exercise classes about a year ago and hasn’t stopped. He puts 110% into each workout and never turns down an exercise no matter how difficult it is. Great job Jordan, keep it up!
What motivates you to get in the gym every day?
I try to live a healthy lifestyle and my goal is to continue to get in better shape to look and feel my best. I have been working out very regularly since high school and have noticed that I feel so much better on days when I work out. I am also pretty competitive and like to play a lot of sports, so I like to stay in good shape in order to be able to perform at my best.
What do you like the most about the fitness center?
I really enjoy the group fitness classes that are offered and try to attend whenever I can. It is great to be able to break up the day and get a good workout in during lunch. All the trainers are really motivating and are good at recognizing when people are giving their all and when they need to be pushed harder.
Tell us about your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Since I moved to Colorado 4 years ago, I try to spend as much time outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery and nature that Colorado has to offer. I regularly go hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding (during the winter). I like to play just about any sport so I recreationally participate in the following activities; tennis, disc golf, bowling, rock climbing, and ping pong. I also enjoy watching sports on tv. I am a huge NFL fan and follow the Los Angeles Chargers religiously.
