What motivates you to get to the gym everyday?
Routine and aspiration are two words that come to mind. I want to be strong and healthy with a good state of mind, and I believe that regular exercise is the best way for me to accomplish this.
What do you like most about the fitness center?
The group exercise classes work best for me. The fitness instructors do a great job making the workouts challenging, safe, and fun, with lots of variety. The people are great, and I always look forward to giving it my all!
What is your favorite exercise?
People might think I’m nuts, but I enjoy doing burpees. 😊
List 3 fun facts about you, interests or hobbies that you enjoy.
- I love hiking whether in the mountains, grasslands, or desert.
- I enjoy backpacking to wilderness campsites. By doing this, I can spend time places that are otherwise inaccessible.
- I enjoy downtime with my husband and Australian Shepherd, Rocky or with friends at a restaurant or brewery.
