Meet Pat Girand!
Pat joined the Arrow Fitness Center a couple of years ago and this past year he tried out a couple of virtual classes and is now hooked. He has officially joined the virtual class crew and is willing to try any type of workout we through his way. We are happy to help Pat achieve his goal of hiking three fourteeners and can’t wait to see what his next fitness goals will be. Congratulations Pat and keep up the great work!
What motivates you to stay active?
For the past three months that’s been a secret. My goal was to do three fourteeners the week I turned 55, I reached 2 out of three, and since the third was my warm up that week, I consider my goal met. Keeping that secret motivated me to stay active.
What do you like most about the Arrow fitness and wellness program?
Variety and being Challenged. Always challenged with each group class I’ve been doing, the variety, leveling up,.. let’s just say we’re quite blessed with by the local talent our Elevation Team brings to the table, also include access to other Elevation Teams not local via YouTube.
