Want to add a new piece of equipment into your workout routine? Try the TRX Row. This exercise is good for the strength development of the upper back but also strengthens your hand grip, shoulders, and core. The fact that you use your own body weight helps tone the body more than free weights often do.
- Stand with your feet hip distance apart, holding a TRX handles with palms facing each other.
- Walk your feet forward until your body is at a 45-degree angle to the floor, arms fully extended, and your body in one straight line.
- Holding the core stable and the legs straight, bend the elbows
behind you, keeping them close to the body, pulling the chest
toward the hands. - Straighten the arms to lower the torso, completing one rep.
