New Year, New You Challenge Winners!

After 5 weeks of hard work and commitment the Arrow employees that participated lost a total of about 80lbs! Congratulations to all the challenge participants.

Winner of the challenge include:

  • Top Female >>> Stephanie Watts with 13lb weight loss
  • Top Male >>> Kiran Vajrala with 10.9lb weight loss
  • Most Steps >>> Jillian Baumer with 627,500 steps
  • Most Challenge Activities >>> Franck Corbiere with 46 activities

We would like to spotlight the top male & female winners with the most weight loss this month, read more about them below!

Stephanie Watts

Total Weight Loss: 13lb

What was your biggest motivation throughout the challenge?

During the pandemic, I could not only see the difference in me physically but just felt unmotivated and no longer happy with myself. I knew something needed to change and the new year was a great time to start. Once I was committed to the weight loss challenge I started to see physical changes as well as just feeling better about things overall.

How do you plan to stick to your new healthy habits?

I plan to continue to remind myself of my goals and to continuously ask myself if what I’m eating (or drinking) is a need or a want. To stay motivated and not get stuck in the slump of the quarantine.

Kiran Vajrala

Total Weight Loss: 10.9lb

What was your biggest motivation throughout the challenge?

Biggest motivation is to prepare myself for a full marathon and keep myself fit and healthy especially during a stressful time like Covid-19. One of my fitness goals was also to lose weight, and this challenge helped me achieve these goals.

How do you plan to stick to your new healthy habits?

I plan to track my positive changes with a food and activity journal app on my mobile so I can reflect on my activity in the future. I also hope to make consistent healthier lifestyle choices within my diet and fitness routines.
