What was your biggest motivation throughout the challenge?
During the pandemic, I could not only see the difference in me physically but just felt unmotivated and no longer happy with myself. I knew something needed to change and the new year was a great time to start. Once I was committed to the weight loss challenge I started to see physical changes as well as just feeling better about things overall.
How do you plan to stick to your new healthy habits?
I plan to continue to remind myself of my goals and to continuously ask myself if what I’m eating (or drinking) is a need or a want. To stay motivated and not get stuck in the slump of the quarantine.

What was your biggest motivation throughout the challenge?
Biggest motivation is to prepare myself for a full marathon and keep myself fit and healthy especially during a stressful time like Covid-19. One of my fitness goals was also to lose weight, and this challenge helped me achieve these goals.
How do you plan to stick to your new healthy habits?
I plan to track my positive changes with a food and activity journal app on my mobile so I can reflect on my activity in the future. I also hope to make consistent healthier lifestyle choices within my diet and fitness routines.
