Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. After cleaning the pumpkin seeds, place seeds in a bowl of warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes.
3. Remove seeds from water and set on dish towel and pat dry.
4. Toss seeds in olive oil and add spices.
5. Place seeds on baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Salt and Pepper
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/8–1/2 tsp black pepper
Dill Pickle
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp white vinegar
• 1 tsp dill
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/8 tsp black pepper
Cinnamon Sugar
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• Pinch of salt
Sweet and Spicy
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/8 tsp black pepper
