Every group exercise class is what you make it!  All ability levels are welcome and encouraged to take any of our fitness classes.  Modifications and alterations are always offered for each exercise if needed.  If you are looking for a good place to start, check out the descriptions below.  We look forward to seeing you in class soon!

Cardio / Core Burnout!

This class will will test your core strength and your cardiovascular endurance. You will get a good sweat in 30 minutes while getting your heart rate up. All fitness levels welcome!

Upper Body BLAST!

This class will focus on all muscles of the upper body! We will focus on blasting fat and building muscle in these
classes. All fitness levels are welcome and guaranteed to get a great sweat in!

Stretch & Unwind

Need 30 minutes to yourself during the work day to stretch & relax? Say no more. This class will take you
through a few stretches, relaxing poses and breathing techniques that will have you ready to conquer the rest
of the work day.

Lower Body BLAST!

This class will focus on all muscles of the lower body! We will focus on blasting fat and building muscle in these
classes. All fitness levels are welcome and guaranteed to get a great sweat in!

Booty BLAST!

Ready to tone up your lower half and build your glutes? This class will do just that, while keeping a fun energy. This workout is all level friendly and is the perfect addition to our schedule to get summer ready!

Get ready to tax every muscle in your body with our Pure Power Class. You will spend 45 minutes strengthening
your body and focusing on proper form. This is fit for all fitness levels and will be great for those who are
looking to tone up all over.
