Arrow Group Exercise

Every group exercise class is what you make it!  All ability levels are welcome and encouraged to take any of our fitness classes.  Modifications and alterations are always offered for each exercise if needed.  If you are looking for a good place to start, check out the descriptions below.  We look forward to seeing you in class soon!

Lower Body Build & BLAST! (30 Min)

A 30 minute class that focuses on all muscles of the lower body! We will focus on blasting fat and building muscle in these classes. All fitness levels are welcome and guaranteed to get a great sweat in!

Raise the Barre! (30 Min)

A 30 minute musically inspired class to shape and tone legs, arms and core muscles using small, isometric movements. This class is easy on your joints but challenges your muscles with unique positions and higher repetitions. Join Lorin for a fun, ballet-infused workout! All levels welcome! (We will use light weights (3-5 lbs) and a medium inflated ball or yoga block. No barre necessary. Some sort of supportive foundation is recommended- such as a wall or steady chair- but not necessary).

Cardio Core Burnout! (30 Min)

A 30 minute class that will test your core strength and your cardiovascular endurance. This class will give you a good sweat, and get your heart rate up. All you need is a mat and a water bottle! (beginner-intermediate friendly)
