Ingredients:
- Tortilla
- Mashed Avocado
- Cheese Slices
- Spinach
- Thinly sliced carrots
Other ingredients you can add or substitute:
- Lean deli meats
- Hummus
- Tomatoes
- Peppers
Directions:
- Flatten tortilla out and spread with mashed avocado.
- Layer wrap with cheese slices, spinach, and carrots.
- Roll up the tortilla with all ingredients.
- Enjoy the wrap or cut into pinwheel circles.
