Sign-up for the virtual fitness classes below starting 1 week before at https://www.elevationportal.com/login

For the virtual live classes below, a Microsoft Teams invite will be emailed to you 10 minutes before the start of the class. Please log onto the class with your mic and camera turned off. If you cannot attend the live class, the recorded version will be available for you to view in the Teams Chat section.

For all other virtual classes, you will receive a second email with a link to the class.
